Role Summary:

We are in search of a seasoned Personal Banker III who excels in building and nurturing relationships with members to assist them in achieving their financial objectives. The ideal candidate will possess the skills necessary to foster and maintain financial connections, thereby supporting departmental targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and cultivate robust financial relationships with members to surpass both member and organizational goals.
  • Effectively communicate with both prospective and existing members across a diverse range of scenarios.
  • Flexibly transition between teller and platform roles, collaborating with team members to enhance revenue growth and meet or exceed sales and service objectives.
  • Identify member needs and promote suitable products and services while achieving sales targets and maintaining service standards.
  • Conduct a comprehensive range of senior teller, operational, and account management transactions with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Ensure daily transaction balances and verify cash totals for correctness.
  • Open various deposit accounts, address member inquiries, manage account maintenance, and update member information as necessary.
  • Assist members with Safe Deposit access and facilitate the opening of Safe Deposit boxes as applicable.

Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • A minimum of two (2) years of experience in the banking sector.
  • Proven track record of delivering outstanding member service.
  • Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding established performance goals.
  • Experience in lending.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, capable of multitasking, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a relationship-driven sales environment.
Compensation Information:

To enhance transparency for candidates, we disclose base pay ranges for all job postings. We establish standard pay ranges based on function and expertise, benchmarked against similar growth-stage companies. Final offer amounts are influenced by various factors including skills, work experience, and relevant credentials, and may differ from the listed amounts.

The base pay range for this position is: $22-$27 hourly.
