Job Summary:The Patient Services Coordinator II will be responsible for managing patient check-in, scheduling appointments, and providing administrative support to our clinical team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and make a meaningful contribution to the delivery of high-quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide a warm and welcoming experience for patients and families, ensuring a smooth and efficient check-in process.
- Manage patient scheduling, including appointment bookings, cancellations, and rescheduling.
- Provide administrative support to our clinical team, including data entry, filing, and other tasks as needed.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare providers to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Collaborate with our team to identify and implement process improvements, enhancing the overall patient experience.
- 2+ years of experience in a clinical or administrative role, preferably in a healthcare setting.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.
- Proficiency in computer software, including Microsoft Office and electronic medical records systems.
