The University of New Mexico is seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Analyst to join its IT Applications Development Operations Team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for leading the Intake process and workload operation of our critical enterprise application portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct business and technical analysis to support the development of critical processes and systems.
- Collaborate with campus partners to gather and document system and business requirements.
- Coordinate applications workload monitoring and ensure timely processing of incoming requests.
- Support the governance process for projects and lead the Intake workload management for the Development and Operations teams.
- Develop and maintain IT applications standards and documentation.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 60 college-level credit hours or equivalent experience.
- At least 7 years of experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified.
- Strong communication, team, customer relations, and organizational skills.
- Experience working closely with customers to understand their needs and translate those needs into technical solutions.
- Ability to analyze complex issues from a business and technical perspective.
