OB-GYN Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced OB-GYN to join our team at Rural Health Services, Inc. as a key member of our healthcare team.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, conducting exams and procedures, and counseling patients on women's health and reproductive issues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough medical histories and physical exams to diagnose and treat women's health issues
  • Perform routine gynecological procedures, including pap smears and pelvic exams
  • Monitor and treat patients during pregnancy and childbirth, providing prenatal and postnatal care
  • Order and analyze diagnostic tests, such as biopsies and scans, to inform treatment decisions
  • Supervise and direct medical staff, including nurses and physician assistants, to ensure effective patient care
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest medical research and best practices through ongoing education and training
Requirements and Qualifications

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess a Doctorate of Medicine, have completed a 4-year OB-GYN residency, and hold a valid medical license and board certification. Additionally, 2+ years of experience in hospital or private practice is preferred.

The ideal candidate will be proficient in patient charting and knowledgeable in relevant computer programs, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Bilingual candidates are also welcome to apply.
