Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate patient behavior through interviews and psychological testing.
- Develop treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs.
- Administer psychotherapeutic methods and medication, monitoring patient progress and adjusting treatment as necessary.
- Collaborate with primary care physicians, nurses, and other healthcare providers.
- Provide crisis intervention and support.
- Maintain accurate patient and clinical records.
- Stay current with professional knowledge and best practices.
Requirements:
- Graduate of an accredited medical school.
- Completion of an approved residency program in Psychiatry.
- Proven experience in psychiatric care and patient management.
