Job Summary

Sutter Health is seeking a highly skilled Nurse Practitioner, Sports Medicine to join our team. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for assessing, diagnosing, and implementing medical care for patients in collaboration with a physician.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess and diagnose patients' medical conditions
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals
  • Provide patient education and support
  • Manage patient care transitions

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Nursing
  • NP-Nurse Practitioner certification
  • NP-F - Nurse Practitioner Furnishing certification
  • RN-California Registered Nurse certification
  • CSRC-Controlled Substance Registered Certification (DEA)
  • BLS-Basic Life Support Healthcare Provider certification

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 5 years of recent relevant experience
  • Working knowledge of healthcare industry, safety precaution policies, and best practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Working Conditions:
