Job Title: Nurse Practitioner - Women's Health Specialist

RMA Network is seeking an experienced and compassionate Nurse Practitioner to join our team in Palo Alto. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, collaborating with physicians and other clinicians, and contributing to the growth and success of our practice.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough infertility evaluations, including ultrasonography, routine gynecological exams, and interpretation of laboratory values.
  • Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with physicians, ensuring individualized care for each patient.
  • Perform sono-hysterograms, ultrasonography, and intra-uterine insemination procedures.
  • Prepare patients for In-Vitro Fertilization and monitor subsequent cycles.
  • Monitor established pregnancies via ultrasonography and laboratory values through the first trimester.
  • Supervise clinical staff, implement organizational systems, and oversee personnel scheduling and issues.
  • Provide patient counseling and education on pertinent health issues.
Requirements:
  • Current license in advanced practice, BSN or MSN preferred.
  • Successful completion of advanced practitioner training and certification as a practitioner from an approved nurse practitioner program.
  • Specialization in women's health, current state registered nurse license, and current state license as an advanced registered nurse practitioner with prescriptive authority.
  • Ability to speak, write, and read English, with high-level listening and counseling skills.
  • Aptitude to work independently and demonstrate good judgment.
  • Ability to access, input, and retrieve information from a computer.
  • Must be able to work weekends and holidays as assigned.
  • May require unanticipated need to work beyond scheduled shift due to patient care needs.
