Job Summary

Townsquare Media is seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Part-Time Customer Service/Administrative Assistant. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling administrative tasks, and supporting our sales team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers via phone, email, and in-person
  • Perform various administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping
  • Assist with sales order entry and processing
  • Support the sales team with sales materials and other tasks as needed
  • Post daily logs for multiple radio stations
  • Work with customers of our in-house certificate program, Seize the Deal
  • Take orders via phone and in-person
  • Filing, scanning, mailing certificates and packages as needed
  • Record sales for the day
  • Assist with daily and monthly reports and tie-outs
  • Produce sales flyers
  • Order office/break room supplies
  • Be apart of Value Connection's on-air show as a co-host daily
  • Assist Value Connection with coordination tasks and social media presence
Requirements
  • Team-oriented
  • A desire to excel at customer service
  • Excellent computer, organizational, and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel and good with numbers
  • Basic knowledge Microsoft Word
