Key Responsibilities:

* Assist the Branch Manager in the management of maintenance activities and ensure all maintenance activities are accomplished in accordance with the Performance Work Statement, Air Force Instructions, Technical Orders, and company policies.
* Ensure safety, operational excellence, and the optimization of fleet readiness.
* Manage, direct, and supervise Branch activities to achieve high performance and success.
* Ensure personnel have obtained the necessary training and instructions to perform assigned duties.
* Interface with internal and external customers, and higher headquarters.
* Ensure that the contract is executed in a safe and efficient manner acceptable to the Government.
* Provide guidance for workforce management on matters pertaining to employee hiring, termination, transfer, evaluation, training, and disciplinary actions.
* Attend applicable meetings as required.
* Direct, plan, coordinate, control, and evaluate operations and personnel.
* Support company business development efforts as needed.
* Represent the company in an appropriate professional manner in terms of attire, business courtesies, ethics, and customer culture.

Requirements:

* Bachelor's/Associate's Degree in an associated discipline is desired. High School required.
* Thorough understanding of USAF aircraft maintenance processes required.
* Minimum 10 years of related experience in an aircraft and maintenance support environment, including 3 years in a managerial capacity.
* Must fully understand quality control procedures.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, and analytical skills are required.
* Must have a working knowledge of computers (input/extract data) and basic computer software programs such as Word, Outlook, Power Point, and Excel.
* Must speak, read, write, and understand English.
* Able to obtain and maintain any security clearance and/or base access as required by the contract.
* Current valid U.S. Driver's License.
