- Current licensure for independent clinical practice in Colorado.
- Ability to bill Medicare insurance.
- Proven experience in clinical work, with a focus on behavioral health.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong understanding of healthcare equity, health disparities, and cultural relevance.
- Knowledge of trauma-sensitive and trauma-informed approaches.
- Experience with electronic health records and other clinical software.
