Key Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive behavioral health assessments and treatment plans for patients, taking into account their unique needs and circumstances.
  • Collaborate with primary care medical providers to ensure seamless care coordination and delivery.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare providers to ensure optimal outcomes.
  • Participate in multidisciplinary teams to share knowledge, best practices, and resources.

  • Contribute to the development and implementation of clinical policies, procedures, and guidelines.

Requirements
  • Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., social work, psychology, counseling).
  • Current licensure for independent clinical practice in Colorado.
  • Ability to bill Medicare insurance.
  • Proven experience in clinical work, with a focus on behavioral health.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare equity, health disparities, and cultural relevance.
  • Knowledge of trauma-sensitive and trauma-informed approaches.
  • Experience with electronic health records and other clinical software.
