Customer Service Advisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Customer Service Advisor. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage customer accounts and ensure timely and accurate processing of orders and inquiries
  • Update and maintain sales database and ensure accurate records
  • Liaise with dispatch function to ensure timely delivery of products
  • Communicate with customers regarding delays or issues with deliveries
  • Collaborate with QC Team and Customs Team to ensure held stock is released for sale
  • Provide daily and weekly reports to customers
  • Organize and liaise with Customer and VAS Team on pallet returns
  • Support Customer Service Supervisor in daily management of customers

Requirements

  • Proven experience in customer service and/or supply chain roles
  • Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
  • Competent computer skills and experience with MS Office
  • Ability to prioritize and manage workload
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
