Job Overview

About the Role

As a School-Based Physical Therapist, you will work with students to help them develop and improve their physical abilities.

You will assess students' physical needs and create individualized treatment plans to enhance their mobility, strength, and coordination.

Responsibilities
  • Assess students' physical needs and develop targeted treatment plans.
  • Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to support student success.
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of physical education goals.
  • Maintain accurate records of student progress and therapy sessions.
Requirements
  • Doctorate or Master's degree in Physical Therapy.
  • State licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure in Maine.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
