**Job Summary:**

As a School-Based Physical Therapist, you will work closely with students to develop and implement individualized treatment plans that cater to their unique needs and abilities.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Conduct thorough assessments to identify students' physical needs and create personalized treatment plans.
  • Provide targeted therapy sessions to enhance students' mobility, strength, and coordination.
  • Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to ensure student success and well-being.
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of physical education goals.
  • Maintain accurate records of student progress and therapy sessions.

**Requirements:**

  • Doctorate or Master's degree in Physical Therapy.
  • State licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure in ME.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Experience in a school setting is preferred.
