Mobile Rehabilitation Therapist

We are seeking a skilled Mobile Rehabilitation Therapist to join our team at SkyBridge Healthcare Therapy. As a key member of our staff, you will provide high-quality physical therapy services to patients in Lewiston, Idaho.
Job Description- Provide mobile physical therapy services to patients in their homes or other settings.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.
To be successful in this role, you must have:
- A degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
- Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of Idaho.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
