Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for IT systems, including hardware and software issues.
  • Configure and maintain IT systems to meet organizational operational needs.
  • Develop and implement system requirements and documentation.
  • Work with team members to build and deploy applications for customers.
  • Monitor systems for potential security threats or usability concerns.
  • Write scripts to automate tasks and improve system efficiency.
  • Upgrade systems with new releases and models.
  • Oversee the development and deployment of windows software and hardware systems.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 15 years of experience as a System Administrator in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity.
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in a technical discipline.
  • Experience with Windows scripting, installing software and hardware.
  • Ability to work at late hours during patching days and cover a 6am-6pm shift.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Working knowledge and understanding of system administration interdependencies as part of the Service Oriented Architecture (SOA).

Clearance Requirements:

  • Current/active TS/SCI with Polygraph.
  • US Citizenship.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to move, carry and deliver workstations from inside the office to customer's desk.
  • Ability to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.
