Job Summary
HCA Florida St. Petersburg Hospital is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Medical Surgical team. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the hospital's mission of delivering exceptional healthcare services.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing medical procedures, and monitoring patient vital signs.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and hospital performance.
Requirements
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of Florida.
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification within 6 months of employment.
- Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS) certification within 30 days of employment.
- Associate's degree in Nursing or higher.
