Position Overview:
  • Labor Source, Inc. is in search of skilled Construction Site Laborers for various projects.

Key Responsibilities of Construction Site Laborers:
  • Support contractors on Commercial Construction Project(s).

This role is essential for delivering designated labor assistance at the site. The individual will perform a range of fundamental physical activities under the guidance of Supervisory, Skilled, or Semi-skilled personnel.

Qualifications (not limited to):
  • Previous experience in construction or fieldwork is advantageous but not mandatory. Nonetheless, candidates must:
  • Communicate effectively and collaborate well with team members.
  • Comprehend and adhere to specific instructions from supervisors.
  • Successfully complete all required job-specific orientations, safety, and/or training sessions.
  • Work under close supervision and repeat tasks of short duration according to established protocols and practices.
  • Meet accuracy standards as determined by project requirements.

Core Duties (not limited to):
  • Removal of wallboard, carpeting, tiles, fixtures, cabinetry, ductwork, metal studs, and cables.
  • Transport and distribute materials and debris to appropriate disposal areas.
  • Ensure a tidy and organized working environment.
  • Lift, carry, and hold construction materials, tools, and supplies.
  • Manage multiple daily tasks and on-site progressions.
  • Engage in Safety and Environmental compliance initiatives.
A successful Drug Screening is mandatory.

Salary: Starting at $15.00 per hour
Schedule: 8-hour shifts, Daytime, Monday to Friday
