Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Credentialing Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and completeness of medical records, as well as coordinating with healthcare providers and payers to resolve any discrepancies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Medical Records Management
    • Scan and file hard copy mail
    • Train and attest providers regularly
    • CAQH attestations and provider location/hours reviews
  • Communication and Coordination
    • Direct incoming and outgoing calls
    • Provide information and clarify requests
  • Education and Compliance
    • Education tracking and support
    • Manage hospital and payer attestations of UHC disclosures
  • Administrative Support
    • Address changes with directories and websites
    • EHS support for hospitals
    • COI distribution

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • At least 1 year of experience in a related field
  • Bi-lingual, English/Spanish a plus
  • Proficiency in Word/Excel
