We are currently looking to fill a Wealth Advisor role, which entails cultivating relationships and delivering financial and investment counsel to both existing and potential Wealth clients.
Wealth Advisors collaborate within a team of specialists in the Wealth Group, engaging with other experts such as Private Bankers, Financial Planners, Trust Officers, Fixed Income Team members, RPS Administrators, and Philanthropy Officers as needed.
Key Responsibilities
Manage Client Relationships:
Conduct regular meetings with clients to assess and update their financial objectives, risk tolerance, and investment strategies.
Provide Financial Guidance:
Complete basic financial plans and collaborate with our dedicated financial planning team to implement comprehensive strategies.
Facilitate introductions to in-house insurance professionals and other financial resources.Prospect for New Business:
Develop strong relationships with business partners in Consumer and Commercial sectors.
Work closely with Private Bankers to enhance existing wealth relationships.
Identify external opportunities for influence beyond the bank.
Maintain Industry Knowledge:
Continuously research and develop expertise in economic and financial conditions to provide informed advice to clients throughout various business cycles.
Stay updated on current trends and developments in relevant technical and professional areas.
Utilize industry knowledge in strategic planning and decision-making.
Qualifications and Education Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business, or a related field
Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail or institutional wealth/investment management
Strong relationship-building skills, including effective verbal and written communication
Working knowledge of investment markets, products, and services, with the ability to implement strategies that align with client needs
Proven sales and closing capabilities
CFP, MBA, or other professional designations preferred
Ability to cultivate and manage a robust sales pipeline
