Financial Center Manager

As a Financial Center Manager at Simmons Bank, you will lead a team to meet the financial needs of customers through a valued consultative approach while providing exceptional customer service.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for recruiting and developing associates to surpass their performance objectives, achieving defined financial metrics of revenue, loan and deposit growth.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading a partner-centric team that works with small business, corporate and institutional partners, and mortgage and financial advisors
- Maintaining knowledge of loan policies and procedures, and coaching staff to sell and handle consumer loan requests in an effective manner
- Ensuring all departmental documents and activities are performed in compliance with applicable laws, regulations, policies and procedures
- Processing customer requests and transactions in a positive, accurate and professional manner

The Financial Center Manager is accountable to achieve defined financial metrics of revenue, loan and deposit growth by recruiting and developing associates to surpass their performance objectives.
As the Financial Center Manager, you are responsible to be involved within the community, help drive business development, expense management and oversee the operational soundness of the banking center.
Key qualifications include:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- Registration with the National Mortgage Licensing System and Registry (NMLS)
- Computer skills and proficiency in MS Office programs
- Ability to provide support and guidance at other banking institutions within the market
