Educational Qualifications

A Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent professional experience.

Professional Experience

  • A minimum of three years in a supervisory role;
  • At least three years of experience in child support services is preferred;
  • Familiarity with child support regulations, policies, and procedures;
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and general internet navigation.

Essential Skills

  • Ability to comprehend, articulate, interpret, and implement laws, rules, and regulations pertinent to the child support enforcement program;
  • Exceptional organizational, written, interpersonal, and verbal communication abilities;
  • Capability to manage multiple complex tasks concurrently;
  • Self-driven with the capacity to prioritize tasks and make independent decisions;
  • Understanding of federal and state child support policies and procedures.
