Job Title: Intake Coordinator

Canopy Children's Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Intake Coordinator to join our team. As an integral part of our organization, you will play a critical role in ensuring that all youth are seen for intake in a timely manner and matched to the best available therapist given their needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate with clinical specialists to determine the best fit for new intakes
  • Enroll youth into our electronic health record system
  • Assign cases to therapists in Evolv after determining fit
  • Delegate intakes to available therapists when necessary
  • Maintain professional licensure and adhere to organization core values
Clinical Responsibilities:
  • Ensure at least 24 hours of direct contact with youth per week
  • Ensure all documentation is completed within organization timelines
  • Assist clinical supervisor and office manager with reports as needed
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or related field
  • Mississippi professional license in mental health field (LPC or LCSW)
  • At least two years of experience working with children with serious emotional disturbance (SED) and their families in an outpatient setting
