Job SummaryThis position is responsible for calculating sales incentives and retention bonuses for account executives and sales executives in all segments and markets. The role requires ensuring the accuracy of the sales incentive system calculation and verifying the timely completion and delivery of all incentive statements for new business, Life, renewal, and retention.
Key Responsibilities- Calculating sales incentives and retention bonuses for account executives and sales executives
- Ensuring the accuracy of the sales incentive system calculation
- Verifying the timely completion and delivery of all incentive statements
- Reviewing and remediating system exceptions and error reporting
- Responding to inquiries from Sales regarding incentive compensation and related systems
- 2 years' of college with courses in Accounting, Business, and Computer Science or 2 years of direct business experience
- One (1) year of experience utilizing analytical skills
- Initiative and detail-oriented
- Strong aptitude for mathematics
- Solid organizational skills
- PC proficiency to include Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Clear and concise interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
This role is hybrid/flex and requires onsite visibility three days per week, working from the other two days. Note: relocation will not be extended; sponsorship is not available either now or in the future.
