RN Quality Improvement Coordinator

DHR Health is seeking a highly skilled RN Quality Improvement Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our quality improvement team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care and promoting a culture of excellence within our organization.
Responsibilities:- Collaborate with hospital and medical staff to achieve transformational change and improve patient outcomes.
- Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient safety and satisfaction.
- Conduct audits, data abstraction, and chart reviews to identify areas for improvement and track progress.
- Develop and manage quality metrics and reports to inform decision-making and drive improvement.
- Work closely with nursing and case management to ensure effective patient education and discharge planning.
- Participate in regulatory and accreditation surveys to ensure compliance with standards and regulations.
- Current Texas Registered Nursing license required.
- Minimum of three years of experience in quality improvement or a related field.
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
