Job Title: Quality Improvement Coordinator

DHR Health is seeking a highly skilled Quality Improvement Coordinator to join our team. As a Quality Improvement Coordinator, you will play a critical role in assisting clinics in meeting quality improvement metric goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Participate in planning, implementing, and monitoring continuous quality improvement programs
  • Conduct and/or assist with chart audits and identifying areas of risk
  • Perform regular EHR audits to ensure clinical staff are completing tasks per established guidelines
  • Document and track all quality assurance/compliance activities
  • Work directly with clinicians and office staff on quality initiatives and education
  • Comply with quality assurance practices
Requirements:
  • High School graduate or GED certificate required
  • MA or MOS certification preferred
  • Proficiency in Medical terminology required
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Computer skills required with knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills required
  • Ability to communicate clearly and concisely with all levels of clinic staff and leadership
Working Conditions:

The individual spends over 95% of their time in an air-conditioned environment with varying exposures to noise. There is protection from weather conditions but not necessarily from temperature changes.

This position has minimal to no exposure to blood, body fluids, or tissues and is an OSHA Category III.

The individual must be able to demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to provide care appropriate to the age of the patients served in their assigned unit.
