Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and set up residential and consumer loan files in our Core System.
  • Handle all maintenance related to consumer and residential loans, including quality control and compliance accuracy.
  • Perform post-closing reviews of originated and non-originated residential loan files for compliance with Regulation C (HMDA).
  • Ensure all required fields of the HMDA LAR are supported by loan file documentation.
  • Assist internal and external customers with routine inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
  • Track homeowners insurance, cancellation dates, and forced-placed insurance.
  • Review and mail commercial and consumer bills.
  • Filing of memos and loan documentation.
