- Handle all maintenance related to consumer and residential loans, including quality control and compliance accuracy.
- Perform post-closing reviews of originated and non-originated residential loan files for compliance with Regulation C (HMDA).
- Ensure all required fields of the HMDA LAR are supported by loan file documentation.
- Assist internal and external customers with routine inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
- Track homeowners insurance, cancellation dates, and forced-placed insurance.
- Review and mail commercial and consumer bills.
- Filing of memos and loan documentation.
- Ability to multi-task, flexibility, and a team player.
- Possess strong computer and communication skills.
- Customer service oriented both internal and external.
