  • Integral member of the Research and Strategic Analytics team within the Strategy and Innovation Division.
  • Conducts thorough research and analysis to support health system strategic planning and due diligence projects.
  • Engages with senior management, service line leaders, and essential stakeholders.
  • Oversees subprocesses and deliverables within the overarching strategic planning framework.
  • Tracks local market competitors and environmental factors to formulate effective strategies.
  • Offers a hybrid work schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create detailed analyses and reports utilizing both internal and external data sources.
  • Prepare annual volume forecasts and conduct market feasibility assessments.
  • Investigate and analyze external data concerning local and regional markets.
  • Collaborate with the team to produce strategic analyses and competitive evaluations.
  • Contribute actively to the strategic planning initiatives.
  • Facilitate strategic planning workshops with system personnel.
  • Examine market share dynamics for inpatient and outpatient services.
  • Develop analyses of provider needs and medical staff development strategies.
  • Address ad hoc information requests efficiently.

Required Skills & Competencies:

  • Proven experience in research and strategic analysis within healthcare systems.
  • Capability to convert and interpret data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and narrative skills.
  • Proficient in Excel, Access, Maptitude, and various business intelligence tools.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in health administration, business, economics, or finance.
  • 3 to 5 years of analytical experience in a healthcare setting.
