Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and bilingual housekeeper to join our team as a trainer and quality assurance specialist. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional cleaning services to our clients while also training and mentoring new team members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide top-notch cleaning services to clients, adhering to our high standards and quality control procedures.
  • Train and mentor new team members, ensuring they understand and effectively implement our cleaning techniques and procedures.
  • Conduct quality assurance checks to ensure our cleaning services meet our high standards.
  • Collaborate with the team to maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date on best practices and industry standards.
Requirements
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lift 20 pounds and perform physical tasks related to cleaning and housekeeping.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain a high level of quality control.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
