  • Ensure that all orders and inter-branch transfers are accurately picked, verified, packed, and loaded in accordance with company protocols.
  • Maintain the integrity and accuracy of orders, ensuring the correct materials and quantities are delivered in acceptable condition.
  • Collaborate with the Inbound/Inventory Manager to manage inventory effectively and minimize discrepancies.
  • Oversee the processing of parcel shipments for customer deliveries.
  • Create a motivating work environment that promotes high performance and adherence to standards.
  • Communicate company policies clearly to ensure compliance and administer corrective actions when necessary.
  • Encourage teamwork and open communication among staff to achieve operational objectives.
  • Take responsibility for company projects that may extend beyond direct operational duties.
  • Work with team members to maintain cleanliness and organization within the warehouse and processing areas.
  • Promote safe work practices to maintain a secure working environment.

Work Schedule: Typically Monday to Friday, with occasional Saturday shifts, averaging 45-50 hours per week.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in industrial warehousing or distribution operations.
  • Strong communication skills across all levels of the organization.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a college degree is preferred.
  • Proficiency in using ERP software systems.
  • Ability to interpret warehouse layouts for planning purposes.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook is advantageous.
  • Strong computer skills.
  • Positive attitude with a strong work ethic.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Capability to multitask effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 75 lbs.
  • Ability to work in various climate conditions.
  • Analytical skills, including basic math proficiency.
  • Experience operating warehouse equipment, including forklifts, with a willingness to be recertified.
  • Detail-oriented with a hands-on approach and adaptability to a fast-paced environment.
