Job Title: Managing Director, Grindr for Equality

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly experienced and passionate leader to join our team as the Managing Director of Grindr for Equality. As a key member of our executive leadership team, you will be responsible for leading our social impact initiative to accelerate progress in health and human rights for the LGBTQ+ community globally.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategies to significantly accelerate progress on health and human rights priorities for the LGBTQ+ community globally.
  • Collaborate with our product team to expand the Grindr platform's capabilities to advance health and human rights priorities.
  • Oversee Grindr for Equality's partnerships with LGBTQ+ non-governmental organizations and public health authorities.
  • Support Grindr for Equality's role as a critical liaison bringing information from partner organizations to the company.
  • Serve as an ambassador for Grindr for Equality to key external and internal stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • 15+ years' experience working in and leading high-performing public health or human/civil rights organizations.
  • Demonstrated track record of leading teams to achieve major advancements in health and/or human rights priorities at scale.
  • Strong relationships within NGOs and/or public health authorities working on LGBTQ-related issues.
  • Hands-on and execution-focused with a hunger to drive ambitious results.
  • Deep passion for advancing health and human rights for the LGBTQ+ community globally.
