This Project Manager position requires a highly skilled individual who can work closely with business partners throughout Fidelity and externally. You will be responsible for managing projects from design to implementation, ensuring seamless execution and timely delivery. Your expertise will be instrumental in building out the foundation of our FDAS Tax capabilities and driving new projects that add value to the business.
Some of the key focus areas that require support include:
- Developing and implementing retirement tax reporting, state withholding remittance, and information reporting.
- Creating policies and procedures for retirement tax forms and state withholding processes.
- Collaborating with Fidelity and external business partners to ensure accurate and complete reporting for clients.
The Expertise and Skills You Bring
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
- Project management experience preferred.
- Deep knowledge of retirement tax laws and regulations.
- Experience with withholding and remittance processes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with diverse teams.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
