Route Sales Representative

The Route Sales Representative is a full-time position that is responsible for delivering, selling, and merchandising Frito-Lay's complete line of products to local stores. As a Route Sales Representative, you will drive a Frito-Lay truck to different stores, work independently to unload orders, merchandise product, partner with store managers to increase sales, order, and maintain records throughout the day.

- Partner with store managers to increase sales and maintain records
- Drive a Frito-Lay truck to different stores
Will work weekends, holidays, and travel at times. Early morning start times (~4am start time), 5 days a week.
What You Can Expect- Learn the basics of the role through dedicated driving and selling training
- Run routes for team members, experience different stores, and meet new customers
- Grow sales on the route by building relationships, selling in displays, and completing national initiatives
- Attain a route with set days off/schedule with time

- Have a valid driver's license with proof of insurance and ability to obtain any additional licenses or endorsements required by your state
- Be able to frequently lift 40 lbs. with or without a reasonable accommodation
- You'll need to pass a Department of Transportation physical and certification
