Our Sales Team is renowned for delivering an exceptional experience throughout the new home purchasing process. Upon joining the PulteGroup Sales Team, each Sales Trainee is paired with a Certified Field Trainer and gains access to our premier sales training program, Foundations of Sales. This training equips new Sales Consultants with the essential sales and homebuilding knowledge necessary for success.
JOB SUMMARY
Accountable for converting leads and prospects into customers, generating referrals, and cultivating strategic relationships with clients and realtors to optimize revenue for the organization.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Market and finalize PulteGroup products
- Track and achieve CSMS objectives
- Generate leads through customer referrals and core realtor networks
- Conduct interviews with all prospects for current and future home sales, deliver presentations to model visitors, and showcase models, spec homes, and community amenities
- Clarify principal and interest payments, taxes, insurance, CC&R's (deed restrictions), homeowner associations, and club/golf membership plans
- Prepare necessary documentation for each home sale and for potential buyers
- Assist in scheduling appointments for prospective buyers with design center, mortgage, key inspection, and settlement departments as needed
- Keep buyers informed about construction start and completion timelines and remain actively engaged in the sales process through closing
- Effectively communicate any customer requests for information or service to the appropriate departments
