**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a skilled Baker to join our team at Dinosaur Bar-B-Que. As a Baker, you will be responsible for providing exceptional Guest First service and ensuring that our baked goods meet the highest standards of quality.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
- Prepare and bake a variety of breads, pastries, and other sweet and savory treats.
- Ensure that all products are presented in an attractive and appealing manner.
- Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of our menu items and ingredients.
- Collaborate with other team members to achieve exceptional Guest First service and maintain a positive work environment.
**Requirements:**
- At least 6 months of related baking experience in a restaurant or bakery setting.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Food Handlers certificate and high school diploma or equivalent preferred.
