Job Summary:

Apogee Engineering, LLC is seeking a highly skilled Security Manager to provide Advisory and Assistance Services Support (A&AS) support for the Air Force Life Cycle Management Center/Engineering, Professional, and Administrative Support Services (AFLCMC/EPASS) Program Executive Officer (PEO) Digital Directorate Command and Control Intelligence Surveillance and Reconnaissance (C2ISR) Division.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform analytical, planning, advisory, operational, or evaluative work to develop and implement policies, procedures, standards, training, and methods for identifying and protecting information, personnel, property, facilities, operations, or material from unauthorized disclosure, misuse, theft, assault, vandalism, espionage, sabotage, or loss.

Provide technical advice and security support to multiple collateral programs and SCI programs within the Division/Branch.

Maintain effective working relationships with Information Protection (IP) Leads, PMs, Contracting Officers, and others to ensure standardized and accurate protection integration throughout the acquisition and sustainment lifecycle of programs.

Assist in developing and writing OPSEC plans, transition plans, emergency action plans, transportation plans, and other security documents as needed for the customer.

Review program documentation for public release, ensuring Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) has proper markings, classifications, and distribution statements per DoD and AF guidance, and provide accurate feedback to IP Leads about document disposition ability.

Provide classification guidance and assistance for collateral and SCI programs.

Understand counterintelligence threats and trends to advise unit and program-assigned personnel.

Assist with developing SCG, PPPs, Security Operating Procedures, and other key security documents as directed by the IP Lead.

Provide classification reviews of inbound and outbound correspondence.

Prepare, process, and distribute inbound/outbound classified mail integrated with a singular Government accountable mailing program.

Assist with preparing classified packages, courier forms, and maintaining receipt records of dispatches.

Perform destruction of classified materials and CUI.

Provide reproduction support for classified materials in paper and electronic formats.

Review, track, and monitor security clearance via the Defense Information System for Security (DISS) to ensure compliance with applicable personnel security standards and to ensure all personnel are properly accounted for.

Ensure personnel security clearances are kept current and access is verified before allowing access to classified material.

Prepare, process, and/or review Visitor Certification Request for accuracy and access eligibility.

Assist with researching, processing, filing, and maintaining inbound and outbound visit notices.

Requirements:

U.S. Citizenship

Active DoD Top Secret clearance and ability to maintain it

High School Diploma

Seven (7) years of directly related experience with proper certifications as described in the PWS labor category performance requirements.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree

At least three (3) years of experience in the respective technical/professional discipline being performed.

Location:

Work is performed at Robins AFB, Warner Robins, Georgia. The position is on-site.

Regular part-time employees scheduled for twenty-four or more hours per work week are eligible for benefits on a pro-rated basis.
