Job Description:

We're seeking a skilled I-9 Document Witness to join our i9Success team. As a subject matter expert, you'll play a critical role in ensuring accurate and timely Form I-9 completion.

Responsibilities:

  • Work within our i9Success product, completing Forms I-9 and handling applicant interactions.
  • Investigate issues, determine resolutions, and escalate support to internal staff members when necessary.
  • Process and complete Form I-9, maintaining knowledge of product updates and company policies.
  • Meet performance targets, achieving individual and team goals set by the organization.
  • Identify and escalate support conversations to the appropriate internal staff member.

Required Skills:

  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Attention to detail and reliability in completing tasks efficiently and accurately.
  • Elevated communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to empathize with others.
  • Strong telephone skills and ability to maintain confidential information.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks or projects during a scheduled work period.

Education:

A minimum high school diploma or equivalent is required; a college degree is preferred.
