Responsibilities Include:
- Developing solutions and establishing standards for AppDynamics components, including agent deployments, optimizations, and troubleshooting.
- Implementing AppDynamics in on-premise environments while understanding Cloud IaaS and PaaS models.
- Architecting a highly available and scalable Controller infrastructure with effective monitoring and alerting systems.
- Designing, deploying, and maintaining AppDynamics integrations with containerization platforms.
- Troubleshooting various AppDynamics components and utilizing command line and API functionalities.
- Identifying integration opportunities with other monitoring tools in the client portfolio.
- Testing and implementing AppDynamics Monitoring Extensions and Database Agents.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience.
- At least 3 years of experience with AppDynamics, particularly in mission-critical application deployments.
- Strong knowledge of AppDynamics internals and REST API.
- Proficiency in developing AppDynamics Monitoring Extensions.
- Experience in the full application lifecycle, including coding, testing, and deployment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Strong technical skills in PowerShell, Java, and Linux shell scripting.
- Familiarity with Cloud environments such as AWS and Azure.
- Experience with Middleware components including Web servers and Messaging systems.
