  • Track player activity, including buy-ins, wins, losses, and bet amounts.
  • Monitor bets and payouts to ensure accuracy.
  • Complete rating cards for players and process player requests for credit.
  • Investigate and resolve guest complaints or concerns.
  • Provide complimentary items to guests as requested.
  • Coordinate player ratings and customer cash transactions.
  • Stock supplies and maintain pit forms.
  • Serve as Box person on Craps games.

Requirements:

  • Equivalent to a high school diploma with knowledge of game and dealing techniques.
  • 1-2 years of supervisory experience, including dual rate experience.
  • Professional dealing experience required.
  • Combination of game knowledge, including Craps, Blackjack, Roulette, and Baccarat.
