Compensation: $00 per hour.

Work Schedule: Dayshift, Monday through Friday, 7:00am-3:30pm. Availability for weekends and evenings as necessary.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Apply comprehensive knowledge of electrical tasks in commercial, industrial, or residential installations.
  • Responsible for the layout, assembly, installation, testing, troubleshooting, and repair of electrical wiring, fixtures, control devices, and related equipment.
  • Diagnose and resolve issues with electrical systems across various job sites.
  • Exhibit thorough knowledge of electrical materials and tools.
  • Provide mentorship to apprentices and helpers; ensure accurate timecard coding and completion of time and material sheets.
  • Collaborate effectively with a team of electricians and other tradespeople on-site.
  • Maintain an organized and safe working environment, adhering to company policies and safety standards.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED).
  • Journeyperson certificate or 7 years of equivalent experience.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal oversight.
  • Supervise assigned crew to ensure project completion with accuracy and thoroughness.
  • Proficient in testing electrical systems and continuity of circuits using various testing devices.
  • Familiarity with Programmable Logic Controls (PLCs) is advantageous.
  • Capable of performing physically demanding tasks, including trench digging and lifting heavy objects.
  • Proficient in operating two-handed tools and equipment.
  • Ability to work from mechanical hydraulic lifts as required.
  • Must be able to operate company vehicles as necessary.
  • Willingness to work outdoors or in restricted areas.
  • Ability to transport and reposition a 12' step ladder independently.
  • Travel to job sites as required, including local and out-of-state assignments.
  • Consistently wear personal protective equipment on-site.
  • Understand and enforce all established safety, health, quality, and company policies.
  • Maintain work areas to meet safety and housekeeping standards.
