Compensation and Benefits
Compensation will be determined based on individual qualifications and experience, starting at $30.00 per hour.
Typical Work Schedule
Day shifts are Monday through Friday, from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, with additional hours on weekends and nights as necessary.

Key Responsibilities of a Journeyman Electrician:
· Utilize extensive knowledge of electrical tasks in commercial, industrial, or residential settings. Responsible for the layout, assembly, installation, testing, troubleshooting, and repair of electrical wiring, fixtures, control devices, and related equipment.
· Execute all types of wire terminations.
· Diagnose and resolve issues with electrical systems across various job sites.
· Exhibit comprehensive knowledge of electrical materials and tools.
· Analyze and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work orders.
· Mentor apprentices and helpers while overseeing their work progress.
· Accurately complete timecards and material sheets as required.
· Collaborate effectively with a team of electricians and other tradespeople.
· Maintain a clean and safe work environment, ensuring all materials and tools are organized.
· Communicate professionally with colleagues, management, and clients.
· Adhere to company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
Qualifications:
· High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED).
· Journeyman certification or equivalent experience of 7 years.
· Valid Driver's License with a satisfactory driving record.
Skills and Abilities:
· Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
· Supervise a crew to ensure projects are completed accurately and thoroughly.
· Familiarity with the latest National Electric Code (NEC) and NFPA70E.
· Proficient in testing electrical systems using devices such as ohmmeters and voltmeters.
· Knowledge of Programmable Logic Controls (PLCs) is advantageous.
· Ability to identify wire colors and perform physically demanding tasks.
· Operate various tools and equipment safely and effectively.
· Follow instructions diligently and uphold company values.
Working Conditions:
· Jobsite visits may involve lifting up to 50 pounds and extended periods of standing, bending, or reaching.
· Ability to work 8 hours a day, 40 hours a week, with potential overtime.
· Frequent use of arms, hands, and fingers, with the ability to bend, stretch, twist, or reach.
· Work may be required in outdoor or confined spaces.
· Must provide basic hand tools, including a tool belt and pouch.
· Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean work area.
Special Requirements:
· Willingness to travel to various job sites as needed.
· Must wear personal protective equipment on the job site.
· Background checks and physicals may be required.
· Commitment to maintaining regular attendance and punctuality.
