The Nursing Assistant Trainee is an integral part of our care team, providing personalized support to clients in a safe and compassionate environment. As a trainee, you will work under the supervision of a licensed nurse to develop the skills and confidence needed to deliver high-quality care.
Key Responsibilities- Assist clients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Provide emotional support and psychosocial care to clients and their families
- Document client care and communicate changes in client condition to licensed nurses
- Participate in training and education programs to enhance skills and knowledge
- High school graduate or equivalent preferred
- Minimum age of 16
- Prior clinical or nursing assistant experience in long-term care preferred
