- Minimum 1 year of experience in pet care, preferably in a leadership role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Physical stamina to handle various dog breeds and sizes.
- Observant, gentle, and patient when working with animals.
- Smart phone with ability to text and use scheduling software.
- Valid driver's license and automobile insurance.
- Live within 15 minutes of our service area (Waltham, Belmont, Watertown).
- 4 relevant references (3 professional and 1 personal).
