About the Role
Maintenance Technicians play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of industrial facilities. We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to join our team at NESCO Inc.

Job Responsibilities

  • Perform all installation and repair work with extruded and fabricated aluminum componentry, utilizing expertise in PLC programming.
  • Complete facility maintenance, inspecting buildings to verify compliance with safety standards and coordinating major repairs with occupants.

Requirements

  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with preference given to trade school or associate degree background in industrial maintenance.
  • Previous experience in industrial maintenance is essential, with preference provided for previous industrial maintenance technician/maintenance mechanic experience within the aluminum extrusion industry.
  • Familiarity with hydraulics, pneumatics, and combustion systems, including hydraulic valves, pumps, and motors, electrical circuit detection and repair, welding, pneumatic cylinders, relays, switches, and preventative maintenance techniques.
  • The ability to read blueprints, diagrams, and PLC programs.
  • Good knowledge of systems and processes.
  • Ability to meet physical and environmental demands of the position, including routine lifting in an industrial manufacturing facility.
