Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Mechanic to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting troubleshooting, repair, and preventative maintenance services on equipment throughout the plant. You will also build and assemble new equipment, perform performance preventative maintenance services, and undertake general building maintenance tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshoot and repair complex mechanical issues with packaging and production machines.
  • Ensure the smooth operation of machinery and equipment through regular maintenance and inspections.
  • Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and productivity.

Requirements:

  • Three years of experience in production machine repair using shop tools like shears, lathes, drill presses, and mills.
  • Basic computer skills and ability to use software applications for recording information.
  • Demonstrated mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
