We are seeking a skilled Aviation Maintenance Specialist to join our team at Butler America Aerospace, LLC. As an Aviation Maintenance Specialist, you will be responsible for the maintenance and repair of fighter aircraft.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years of experience in F-16 or other legacy fighter heavy maintenance.

You will work on all aspects of aircraft maintenance, including launch, recovery, preflight, through flight, and post-flight inspections.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine troubleshooting, installation, repair, and maintenance of electro-mechanical systems and components on the aircraft.
  • Responsible for the acceptability of all electrical, hydraulic-pneumatic, propulsion, landing gear, flight control surfaces, and periodic inspections.
  • Will be required to remove panels and associated hardware to obtain access to equipment requiring repair.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 4 years F-16 or other legacy fighter heavy maintenance experience.
  • Ability to work first or second shift.
  • Extremely versed in F-16, fighter type mechanic experience, Crew Chiefs, Plane Captains, etc.
