Guest Services Team Lead

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Guest Services Supervisor to join our team at ASM Global. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, supervising staff, and ensuring seamless event experiences for our guests.
The salary for this role is estimated to be around $24.00 per hour based on industry standards and location considerations.
Key Accountabilities- Lead by example, demonstrating exceptional customer service skills and a positive attitude
- Develop and implement effective strategies to improve guest satisfaction and loyalty
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless event operations and guest experiences
- A minimum of 2 years of related work experience, preferably in the sports and entertainment field
- Proven leadership and team management skills
