About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced System Support Modality Program Manager to join our team at AdventHealth Corporate. As a key member of our support services leadership team, you will play a critical role in overseeing the integration and development of support services governance, ensuring effective organization and timely implementation of system ancillary governance strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage and manage cross-functional teams to identify roles and responsibilities, tasks, deliverables, dependencies, and schedules to ensure resolution and execution of determined system governance ancillary strategies
  • Manage governance project status communication to project teams and stakeholders via periodic updates and formal progress reports
  • Identify and analyze data to determine organizational trends and performance opportunities as necessary for successful ancillary governance
  • Create and maintain comprehensive ancillary governance documentation and tracking
  • Interface directly with governance stakeholders to track progress and identify issues related to achieving project deadlines
  • Manage day-to-day tasks and deliverables, ensuring quality and timeliness of system service line governance work
  • Track governance project progress towards meeting objectives as well as identifies and mitigates possible deviations from established plans and timelines
  • Develop high-level reports and presentations for executive team
  • Directly interface with subject matter experts, physicians and senior leadership for alignment, assuring support services stability and growth
  • Serve as an active business partner with the Support Services Governance leaders and Physician/Operational SMEs in the strategic development and vision of ancillary services across the company
Requirements
  • Minimum of two (2) years in progressive programmatic or entry-level management experience in the healthcare field
  • Minimum of five (5) years of relevant work experience
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Working knowledge of project management, market research and data analytics
