About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Application Specialist to join our team at Donor Network of Arizona. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for supporting all operational aspects of our specialized systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support for our cloud-based applications and on-premises architectures
  • Develop and deliver training programs for users on our specialized systems
  • Collaborate with vendors to install, upgrade, and maintain key departmental products and applications
  • Work with in-house development teams to develop and support internally developed applications
  • Act as an IT liaison to key departments and committees
  • Stay up-to-date with best practices in UI/UX development and low-code/no-code solutions
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
  • 6+ years of experience supporting end-users with specialized applications
  • 4+ years of experience with Microsoft Windows Server OS and its components
  • 2+ years of experience with Salesforce systems
  • 2+ years of experience supporting AV systems with advanced room functionality
  • 1-2+ years of experience with UI/UX development practices
