Job Summary

The HR Coordinator is a key member of our team, responsible for the coordination and supervision of human resource and employment-related activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee personnel records
  • Coordinate the use of temporary employees to meet business needs
  • Manage the time attendance system to ensure efficient and accurate tracking
  • Provide support to employees with benefits, employee demographics, disabilities, FMLA, pay, and other related matters
  • Assist with recruiting, screening, interviewing, hiring, orientation, and ongoing training
  • Process new hire paperwork, forms, and ensure proper maintenance of records
  • Support performance reviews, employment change forms, and other HR-related tasks
  • Prepare reports and maintain files as required
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Bilingual skills essential
  • 1-3 years of experience in an administrative role preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
