Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Home Health team. As a key member of our care team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in the comfort of patients' homes.

Estimated Salary: Based on your experience, we offer a competitive salary range of $25.00 to $35.00 per hour.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • One year of clinical experience and one year of home health experience.
  • A valid LPN or LVN license in the state where you operate.
  • CPR certification.
